The core team member, Aparna Dalvi holds the position of Co-Founder (Head Admin & Trademark Prosecution) in VKnow Patent Services.

She has received a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from SNDT University and has also completed Certificate Program of Database Administrator (DBA). Aparna has also secured the Post Graduation Diploma in Patent Law from Nalsar University and has completed her LLB. from Mumbai University. She is a registered advocate with Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.

She plays a vital role as a trademark attorney and is actively involved in searching, filing, prosecuting, and managing trademark portfolios. Along with the trademark, she is actively involved in other IP areas such as Design, Patent prosecution, and eDiscovery.

Her core competencies include administration and Human Resource Management. She is the key person behind planning, leading, directing, developing, coordinating the firm’s policies and recreational & motivational activities for the staff. Aparna has also possessed a passion for empowering women in the workplace and as a result VKnow Patent Services is proud to empower more than 60% women in the firm since its foundation. Through Aparna’s active initiatives, the firm is known for its employee-friendly workplace which has also impacted the success story of VKnow Patent Services.

Prior to joining the firm, Aparna was working with Ajanta Pharma Ltd. for more than 7 years in IPR department. With the overall experience of more than 12 years as on January 2024, Aparna is well versed national and international laws of IP and along with the other core members of the firm manages the routine IP activities.
